Like many in the Midwest, we’ve seen a lot of rain these past few days on our farm. The growing conditions have been good for corn and soybeans (unless of course they have their legs in water) as well as pasture and vegetable crops. I discovered this super-sized zucchini in our commercial garden at home last night.
Brownfield Promotion Coordinator Kari McKinney is taking it home to make zucchini bread. I assume there will be lots and lots of zucchini bread if she uses the whole thing.
